New Beijing Restaurant in Kamloops

Horrible, place has gone down hill big, big time. Greasy, small portions, over 90 mins for delivery.

Overpriced Canadian-Chinese food. But owner seemed nice.

This is one of the best Chinese restaurant in kamloops. This restaurant is right across the aberdeen mall. Very convenient with shopping you can get real food. Very busy but quite place. . Perfect for family and friends. They do have nice wooden highchairs. The staff is very well trained. I recommend this place to everyone who like traditional Chinese food. The ambience of the restaurant is great. I love that great Wall of China. They've photograph on wall with all seasons.Moreover the fortunes cookies. . Wow after food that's nice touch. Kids like it.. my daughter love thst fortune cookies. And we love the fresh ginger garlic chatni. All in all it's 10 out of 10.

I ordered through Skip the dishes tonight. I have never eaten at your restaurant before, I ordered because you had a SKIP SCORE of 9.7. I can't express my disappointment in your food. The severing size was embarrassing, the two dishes were just over a half full. I ordered Schezwan Chicken and Chicken fried rice. The green peeper tasted old, it wasn't fresh vegetables. Needless to say I will never eat your food again. The only pleasant experience was the skip driver

Great food. Service was top notch. Only had to put down my drink before it was refilled and glance at the till to get our bill. What a pleasant surprise.

I usually come to this restaurant very often but this time things were different. I ordered a noodle dish with chicken and specifically mentioned no beef or pork in the noodles. I did get my noodles but with shrimp instead. When I told the server she seemed to not get what I was saying, probably she did not know English very well. After explaining her with great details she took away my dish and replaced with chicken noodles. Instead of cooking fresh noodles they just removed the shrimp and added chicken pieces. There were still two pieces of shrimp hidden in my noodles. This is not the kind of service I was expecting. What if I was allergic to sea food, things would have gone worse for me and they would face the consequences too. I however stayed calm, ate the food and left. I would think twice before going to this place now.

My favourite dish the wonton noodle soup has been lacking recently the broth seems not as rich as it used to be well with take out at least I havent been able to eat in so I'm not sure if it's just take out but everything else is good enough for take out

I really appreciate that they made some of the buffett options without meat for me, but I did notice that they just picked the meat out of it. So that kind of defeats the purpose 😂 "A" for effort I guess, but this is the reason for the low rating.

My favorite place for take out food that's close to home. Good size portions and you can chose whether or not you want MSG added.

Overpriced, Poor qualityI ordered a delivery. When the food arrived home the first thing I noticed was very small servings of the SS Pork, barely enough for two. The pork was very dry and old, and the beef tasted off we ended up throwing that out. The Chow Mien had little to no meat in it but at least they filled the container albeit it was all noodles. The only thing we enjoyed out of the meal was the Won Ton soup. I will never eat at this establishment again.

Sadly we had a very awful dinner tonight. We have been ordering from here on and off for a while and it has been hit and miss. Today has confirmed we won’t be ordering again. Almond chicken tasted like dough, hot and sour soup had no flavour at all. The other dishes from the dinner for three was pretty awful as well. Too bad, any suggestions for a good Chinese restaurant in Kamloops would be greatly appreciated.

Great food. For me so far the best chinese in the Loops. Not easily found although a sign has been put up off Hillside Dr.

Poor customer service. I have always loved the lettuce wraps and house chow mein here, however recently I had two really bad experiences. Most recently I ordered a 50$ approx dinner for delivery and it took them over 2 hours. I called several times and they said it was on the way but literally didn't arrive until hours later, at which time, I had left to go get dinner for my family. I even tried to call back several times and they didn't answer. I will never eat here again or recommend it to friends.

Decent cheap all you can eat Chinese food

They are super shady! We ordered a chicken mushroom chow mein and other menu items from Bejin Restaurant. It was mushroom chow mein. They didn't put a single shred of chicken in it. The other dishes sucked too... Very disappointing, a waste of money and time!

Fantastic food and open for dining. Please bring them your business, this restaurant needs to stay in business.

Loyal customer until today.Placed order over the phone and had it delivered. After starting to eat, all four family members stated there was a strange after taste in 5 of 6 dishes (6th was plain rice). We stopped eating immediately and called the restaurant. We were asked if we could bring the food back and was at the restaurant within 15 minutes. After trying to explain the taste, I left with no compensation for the $100.00 I had just spent and I was not interested in getting "replacement" dishes. I also questioned the timing since I placed the order at 4:10pm and it was at my door step within 25 minutes. I left with a very bad taste in my mouth and this loyal customer will now be going elsewhere.

First time customer today. Very clean restaurant and food was excellent; except for sauteed "prawns" which were not prawns at all but small Pacific shrimp. The lemon chicken was excellent but could have had more lemon sauce.Will definitely go back again to try some other dishes. Overall experience was good.

Pretty good food reasonably priced!

Best Chinese food in Kamloops. We always get big serving that we can take home. The staff is really kind and helpful! Don't be afraid to try new things on the menu the staff love helping you find a new favorite. And try asking for deep fried buns (Fried Mantou) they are the best dessert ❤️.

Food is great very large portions

Ordered off-the-menu dim sum. Apparently they made most of those from scratch, which was pretty impressive. The steamed cake is a must-try. Another good Asian restaurant in Kamloops👍

Most restaurants say the name of a province in their name as a marketing ploy, but these guys actually serve dishes from Beijing. Pretty good food. Not amazing but good. Good portions too

Just received an order from skip the dishes. Container is half full. Sauce is water and meat looks boiled. Have ordered for a decade from here, never again.

Had been a loyal customer for a long time, we had an issue a few months ago and was told they had new cooks that were learning their recipes. Recently tried them again and the szechuan beef came half full looking like boiled beef in sauce, when I called with my concerns and questions, I was told that things had changed and when I told them that I was not happy they hung up on me!!! Last time I order from them!!!!!!!

The worst food iv never had as chinese food and restaurants food or take out just awful

four portions delivered to my place came to 68 dollars with a tip. Delivery charges added then tip on that. Most expensive Chinese I’ve purchased- quality was average on the chicken fried rice, sweet and sour pork, and below average on the ginger beef. They sent me just chunks of beef instead of the regular fried ginger beef. Also the vegetable portion I received tasted like stomach bile. Unfortunately the food delivery options in kamloops is absolutely horrible but I certainly will never order from the Beijing again. This is the third time I’ve tried it and was unimpressed. Regards

Friendly staff, excellent food. My favourite dish is the Singapore Vermicelli Noodle dish, as a celiac person, this mix between rice noodles and curry are delicious. I could eat it everyday !!

Was not impressed with this restaurant at all. Service was a bit slow. Food was very mediocre. We eat here often for our take our dinners, Food is always fresh and delicious, big portions also. Just got my takeout worst Chinese food in a while soggy rice which wasn’t fried, over battered almond chicken all slathered in a fatty sweet and sour pork that tastes like out of a bottle sauce, which they insist on slathering over everything. The dried garlic pork still had the knuckle in the meat mostly fat was more like a bad cutlets rather than the the dish. Go anywhere else it can’t get much worse than this.

The view! It’s really something to see. The food is great and service was awesome as well. Tea is cheap! Definitely one of the better Chinese restaurants in town👍🏼 Edit: went back for the same meal twice now but with fried rice and breaded almond chicken, the chicken was far better than most but I have to say the fried rice is personally some of the worst I’ve ever had. It tastes like or is plain white rice with peas and scrambled eggs added in, no seasoning in the pan or anything. First time there were green onions, second time there were not... I’m conflicted, everything else is far above average and the prices are on par.

Beef Brisket with Radish Hot Pot is Sooooo Good!

To be honest, my family and I REALLY enjoyed the food, the staff was nice, the place was well kept, but the only thing that concerned me was the jello... My sister got some for dessert and it tasted like a really strong medicine like Tylenol... Overall I thought my experience was great and id be more than happy to return when my family comes over. I think this place could be one of the best Chinese Resturaunts in Kamloops and would totally recommend it! Just be careful with the jello for the time being
